Suppose we were to conduct a survey, the purpose of which would be to determine which state can legitimately claim bragging rights of the fact that they, and they alone, possess the most ignorant as well as the most mentally challenged voting population. Whom do you think would win, Massachusetts or New York? I’m sure there are other contenders that could be considered, for example Minnesota currently embroiled in it’s soon to be fraudulent election once Franken is declared the winner, or maybe even Illinois as it’s current three ring circus continues. But, I think the odds makers would settle on the two that I have singled out because the evidence is so compelling that either of these two could easily claim the prize. Look, on one side you have the voters of Massachusetts who consistently re-elect that blow hard, Jabba the Hut looking, I got away with murder Ted Kennedy and his doofus side kick, John Kerry Heinz, whom if I’m not mistaken spent a very brief time in Vietnam. Then you have the voters of New York who proudly put their intelligence on display every few years when the re-elect Chucky "the Crook" Schumer and the wicked witch of the mid-west, Hillary "Secretary of State" Clinton. Wow, what a choice! Sounds like a real toss up too me!

Anyway the only reason I even bring this up is that now the I.Q. of New York voters will once again be put to the test. Because, it would appear as if that wise and vastly experienced political sage Carolyn "Kennedy" Schlossberg may just turn out to be the next Senator from that great state. Am I the only one here that has had just about enough from this highly dysfunctional family whose only claim to fame is that they are descendants of a man who was nothing more than bootlegger and a mobster who, through the skillful use of blackmail and bribery, could afford to buy political office for his kids. And can someone take the time to please explain to me how this same family of degenerates comprised of drug users, drunks, perverts and womanizers has become the voice of moral authority for America? If anything, that shows just how screwed up this country has gotten. But I digress.

Whatever happened to the requirement for even providing the semblance of being qualified not only to hold public office, but to seek it as well? What, just because we now have a president-elect whose only experience is that of a "community organizer", no one from this point on need possess any kind of experience for the public office they seek? If Mrs. Schlossberg is in fact selected it will prove to be nothing more than a bad joke, and should cause a rebellion by what few rational thinking voters there may still be alive in New York. She lists her experience and qualifications as follows; she has written books, she has had a life long commitment to education in New York City and she has raised a family. Whoa, now wait a minute thar partner, Sarah Palin was a sitting Governor, had been a Mayor "and" raised a family and she wasn’t fit to be dog catcher, let alone a Senator. Oh wait a minute, I forgot, only Democrats can come sweeping into office having zip point nothin for experience, Republicans must be the purest of heart and must be able to prove to all that they have "the" experience and can provide the documentation to back it all up.

And the real laugher here is that Mrs. Schlossberg’s supporters counter all the lack of experience talk and the talk about not knowing where she stands on any given issue with this little jewel. That we all know exactly where she stands on the issues because she was a supporter of Barry "the Magnificent", and therefore her positions are the exact same as his. Boy, now doesn’t that give you that warm fuzzy feelin! I tell you, if the people of New York allow this blatant political comic strip to play out they’re dumber than those morons in Massachusetts and those in Minnesota COMBINED!

A Modern Parable.

A Japanese company (Toyota) and an American company (Ford Motors) decided to have a canoe race on the Missouri River. Both teams practiced long and hard to reach their peak performance before the race.

On the big day, the Japanese won by a mile.

The Americans, very discouraged and depressed, decided to investigate the reason for the crushing defeat. A management team made up of senior management was formed to investigate and recommend appropriate action.

Their conclusion was the Japanese had 8 people rowing and 1 person steering, while the American team had 7 people steering and 2 people rowing.

Feeling a deeper study was in order; American management hired a consulting company and paid them a large amount of money for a second opinion.

They advised, of course, that too many people were steering the boat, while not enough people were rowing.

Not sure of how to utilize that information, but wanting to prevent another loss to the Japanese, the rowing team's management structure was totally reorganized to 4 steering supervisors, 2 area steering superintendents and 1 assistant superintendent steering manager.

They also implemented a new performance system that would give the 2 people rowing the boat greater incentive to work harder. It was called the 'Rowing Team Quality First Program,' with meetings, dinners and free pens for the rowers. There was discussion of getting new paddles, canoes and other equipment, extra vacation days for practices and bonuses. The pension program was trimmed to 'equal the competition' and some of the resultant savings were channeled into morale boosting programs and teamwork posters.

The next year the Japanese won by two miles.

Humiliated, the American management laid-off one rower , halted development of a new canoe, sold all the paddles, and cancelled all capital investments for new equipment. The money saved was distributed to the Senior Executives as bonuses.

The next year, try as he might, the lone designated rower was unable to even finish the race (having no paddles,) so he was laid off for unacceptable performance, all canoe equipment was sold and the next year's racing team was out-sourced to India .

IF THIS WEREN'T SO TRUE IT MIGHT BE FUNNY

The many dangers that lay ahead for this country in the not too distant future are, in all reality, represented by conditions that go far deeper than simply who it is that may, or may not be, the President of this country at any given time. The chances of any of these very real dangers becoming a reality is greatly increased by the fact that today there continues to operate in this country a very dark and subversive underground. What we have currently have going on in America today is what, quite honestly, amounts to a shadow government populated by a cadre of extreme leftist driven individuals, who have the audacity to call themselves "diplomats". One point I do wish to make crystal clear here is that I am not saying that these people are necessarily Democrats, although I am very sure that they are very much more comfortable with the policy positions held by politicians of that particular political persuasion. What they are in reality, are followers as well as practitioners of the purest form of leftist philosophy who are much more in favor of advancing the dictates of anti-American organizations such as that pillar of incorruptibility, the United Nations, than those of their own country. These are career people who have been involved in government service for decades working under presidents of both political parties but who have continued working for the sole purpose of advancing their own personal agendas. This all presents a very scary scenario. And you know one of the saddest things about all of this is the fact that President Bush has expended zero energy and effort in attempting to rectify any of it. By appointing people like Colin Powell and Condoleezza Rice who in reality exacerbated the whole problem, the president permitted the bringing in of people with very questionable backgrounds as well as motives into government to advocate for support of his policies. Worse still he allowed the promoting of these traitors into critical positions which allowed them greater access to various types of information as well as increased authority creating opportunities for abuse. He then chose to stood by as his Secretaries of State failed to hold these individuals accountable regarding their failure to enforce the stated policies of the his administration. In Powel’s case it’s completely understandable, he said or did nothing because he was basically in agreement with all those who were doing their best to subvert, or undermine the policies Bush was advocating. Powell was and continues to be nothing more than a fraud and Rice really isn’t much better. Both not only let down the president who appointed them, but the country as a whole. And let’s be honest here, Powell is nothing more than a gutless has-been who owes his stardom to Bush 41, Bush 43 and even to Ronald Reagan. He is living proof that no matter how important you may think you are or how much power you think you may have, nobody is above stabbing your friends in the back just to get good press. Any credibility he may have once possessed has long since evaporated, and it is really quite sad.

There are some very good books out there on this specific topic that I would love to recommend to anyone who wishes to educate themselves and who would like to learn more about this vast, sinister underground. An underground made up of those individuals who do their best on a daily basis to advance the premise that if it were not for the United States the World would be a much more peaceful place. It is these people who never have any trouble finding a willing accomplice in our self-serving news media to report on any and all leaking of whatever classified information that may become available or are all too willing to assist in the spreading of lies purported to be facts. Passed on to them from out of control bureaucrats who are being openly confrontational regarding official government policies they are supposed to be responsible for enforcing policy and for keeping secrets, secret. These bureaucrats/diplomats do their best to undermine those policies in which they are not in agreement with and to perpetuate in every possible way the perception that by pursuing of any conservative agenda America would be contributing to an uncertain or making a dangerous world political climate more unstable. Treasonous activity, it would seem, these days at least, doesn’t even raise an eyebrow. There was a time when people would be going to prison for committing these types of offenses. Instead, today they are celebrated as "whistle blowers" while their friends in the media receive accolades and any number of journalistic awards. Anyway, three of the books of which I speak are; "The Shadow Warriors", by Kenneth Timmerman, "The Failure Factory", by Bill Gertz, and one written by someone who was forced to battle many of these faux diplomats on a daily basis, "War and Decision", by Douglas Feith. None of these books paint a very encouraging picture regarding the goings on in our illustrious State Department and the mission of those who see themselves as being above the will of the people. There are today lurking in any number of offices with fancy brass nameplates and in dimly lit cubicles throughout the government, countless individuals whose names we remain unfamiliar with. They continue to wield considerable power and wish to purposely gut America’s intelligence gathering apparatus. These people continue to assist those individuals whose sole purpose in life appears to be nothing less than to undermine the safety and security of the American people.

The evidence revealed in these books plainly shows that the State Department is nothing short of a rogue organization, a malignant cancerous growth that if left untreated threatens the life of the body it inhabits. Radical treatment is what is called for but with a new administrations about to come into office demonstrating every indication that it will veer sharply to the left from the current administration, there would appear to be little hope of any much needed and meaningful change taking place. Americans will continue to have less and less say in what it is that can be done to keep us safe from radical Islamic terrorism. At the same time though, the United Nations, a blatantly anti-American and corrupt organization will be provided with the opportunity to inject much more input regarding how it is that America may be permitted to act in defending herself.

BE AFRAID, BE VERY AFRAID!!

The time has come for Americans to stand as one and draw that proverbial line in the sand and tell those in Washington, "This far and NO farther". Americans need to open their eyes and actually see what it is that is currently underway here before it gets too late and we have reached that point of no return. What is going on here is nothing short of a massive government attempt to takeover a substantial portion of the "private" economy of this country, which is also, as we all should know, the virtual economic engine of the entire World.

Things are moving way too fast and without any thought whatsoever being given to, 1) what kind of plan will actually work and 2) what will the exact consequences be of whichever plan it is that is ultimately put into action? Come on folks, we can’t just can’t lie down on this matter, these morons making all these screwy decisions, like it or not, work for US! These politicians, Democrats for the most part, are doing their absolute best to create as much fear and uncertainty as possible attempting to create a sense of urgency that may very well not even exist. They cried wolf earlier this year when they were screaming that if the $700 billion stimulus package did not get passed the World as we know it would come to an end. Well, they got their $700 Billion and things are no better so, now what, they want more? And for what, so the government can get into the auto making business? Nay, Nay buffalo breath, not happenin, not if I can help it. I don’t know about the rest of you, but I’m getting more than just a little tired of being ignored!

These bailouts have got to stop and stop now, BEFORE ANY money is given to these chumps from Detroit. Let the damn Union start taking it in the shorts for once. They have been patting themselves on the back for years while every few years they were getting those crazy, stupid contracts. We, the American taxpayers, have already doled out way more money than is our fair share, to the point where the government now owns, or at least has a controlling interest in nine of the largest banks in the country. Now what, the government needs to own the auto industry as well? What the Hell is next? All this craziness needs to stop and it needs to stop right now! And you know what, if Bush thinks that by giving a wad of money to Detroit he will somehow enhance his legacy, he best think again. Because the consequences of such an action will put one huge black eye on that which seems to be the most important to him. He needs to tread ever so lightly here, or he won’t have a legacy, or worse still, all that his legacy will come to show is that he was to be the last Republican President.  He was the one that ensured the demise of the Republican Party.

Look, it’s just not possible to keep doing business as GM does by paying over 700,000 people each and every year for doing "nothing". Which is exactly what it does by paying exorbitant amounts of cash in the form or retirement benefits. It’s just plan crazy! I mean what the heck is wrong with this picture? You feel like asking these business big wigs, "Just what about this don’t you get?" At a time when American auto companies are "losing" roughly $2 billion per month, why is it suddenly my responsibility to bail them out? I mean does that really make any sense to anybody? Or, am I wrong?

So, enough has now become enough! How can a government that, by the time Barry "Almighty" and the Democrats get done with it, will have a deficit of over $3 trillion dictate to anybody the correct way to operate a business efficiently. Don’t make me laugh! Has anybody given even so much as a second thought to what will happen after the government owns not only the banks, but the auto companies, the oil companies as well as having the controlling rights to the healthcare of every man, woman and child in the country? Doesn’t that thought scare anybody but me? Is that really what we Americans want not only for us but for our kids as well? Is that really what we think the job of government is? Well like it or not that’s what headed our way and it’s liable to happen sooner rather than later the way things are going right now. And it will happen unless we the people stand up and scream at the top of our lungs, "THIS FAR AND NO FARTHER!"

There is the rather pungent odor of poo emanating from yet another bastion of liberalism, the great state of Illinois, and it's wafting out in all directions. The rich aroma familiar to so many knowledgeable in the way liberals normally conduct business, has been created by the stench of another example of the typical Democrat definition of politics. And of course the media is working overtime to ensure that their president-elect Barry "Almighty" is not implicated in any way, shape, matter or form. But, still I think the question of what did Barry know and when did he know it, needs to be asked. And, he may yet dodge this big bullet, but I’d love to see him go down in flames taking his media lap dogs right along with him!

You simply are not going to able to convince me that Barry isn’t in this thing right up to his skinny neck! And right there with him is his thug of a chief of staff Rahm Emanuel, Mayor Daly and of course JR. Jackson. Quite the band of trustworthy folks, these, hey? But the Democrats with their "always at the ready" defenders in the media have sprung into action doing their absolute best to deflect any and all evidence that may yet tie ol’ Barry to this obvious and most recent breakout of Democrat corruption. The media has gotten together and the Democrats are circling the wagons together to collectively form one large bulletproof vest surrounding Barry. Still, all that’s needed is a good, accurate headshot, figuratively speaking, of course. But you’ve got to ask yourself; just how much credibility can these media clowns have left? I mean after their ridiculous and obvious love affair with Barry throughout the entire two-year campaign, we’re all supposed to believe them now when they tell us that pure as the wind driven snow Barry is squeaky clean and is completely innocent in this whole sordid affair? Sorry, but I think not. This thing ain’t over yet. And it’s going to get a whole lot stinkier!

And there’s one thing that just keeps nagging at me. I can’t help but question the timing of the arrest of this bonehead governor. Here we have the same zealous Assistant Attorney General who so vigorously went after Scooter Libby over absolutely nothing but having a faulty memory, who now pulls the trigger on this whole thing just a little too quickly and very possibly missing the opportunity to catch some bigger fish. What, was he maybe afraid that ol’ Barry just might be implicated and maybe get caught up in his net? Was it maybe because things were heading in a direction that the powers at be didn’t want it to go? Maybe things were making a "B" line right straight toward "B"arry. This whole thing stinks to high heaven and my gut tells me that Barry "Almighty" is right smack dab in the middle of it.  But still, I would not be the least bit surprised, that the whole thing will simply ceased to exist on January 20, 2009.

What exactly is it, do you suppose, that convinces your average, every day, egotistical politician, which we clearly have an over abundance of, that they have the technical expertise and the required know how to run a business, any kind of business and any size of business? And yet, with all this talk of bailouts, these morons who couldn’t manage a lemonade stand into profitability are dictating what a company must do in order to qualify for our, the taxpayer’s, money. Now Barney Frank may be the one shining exception to the rule having at least been "exposed" to a entrepreneur "friend" who ran a male escort business out of the Congressman’s home, but other than that I don’t see many entrepreneurs knowledgeable in ways of ethical business practices anywhere near our legislative branch of government. Personally speaking, all this bailout talk seems to me to be nothing more than a ploy, a means of the Democrats striking while the iron is hot, with them attempting to burrow their way in as deeply as possible into our private economy. Socialism is on the march here my friends, even before the Barry "Almighty" is inaugurated.

Now it would seem obvious to me, a guy with only a couple years of college, that the last people who you would want basically dictating policy to corporations employing thousands of people would be career politicians who have never really been in charge of anything. Just because an idiot can get himself elected to Congress does not mean that he has the ability to do much else. What is it that convinces your average, everyday voter that any of these numbskulls in Congress have the slightest idea about what needs to be done regarding our economy? They wouldn’t know a good business plan if it came up and bit them on the butt.

Now, adding insult to injury, for which we can thank a substantial number of people of questionable intellect, we find ourselves in the precarious position where we will soon have a man sitting in the Oval Office whose only claim to fame is that at one time he was a "community organizer." A "community organizer" from a city with a rather well known reputation for political thuggery as well as its own special brand of corruption. Oh yeah, I’m ready to trust this guy! And most of those in his merry band of Democrats either married their money like John Kerry, avoided taxes like Charlie Rangel or acquired it through some type of shady transactions. And with those qualifications we’re just supposed to blindly trust these incompetent, corrupt buffoons to be able to tell businesses that they must get their acts together and how they need to be run when not one of these guys has one iota of business experience. These guys have zero credibility in all matters of how best to get this economy rolling again. NONE, ZIP, ZERO, ZILCH, NADDA!

Democrats know of only one way of doing business. Witness the recently arrested Illinois Democrat governor, who wanted to sell the Senate seat that belonged to our illustrious president-elect, Barry "Almighty" to the highest bidder. With Democrats, corruption is simply the rule of day, from the Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac fiasco to Wall Street bailout and all the rest of this bailout nonsense currently going on. The root cause of any of these financial "crises" can be traced straight back to the liberal policies of the Democrat Party. But the democrats have high friends in low places, i.e., the gutters of the mainstream media. But, these friends in the media are still able to deflect most, if not all, of the accusations that may come flying the Democrats’ way. You have to scratch your head when r egarding the continuing ability of the media to manipulate the less informed and less "intelligent" among us into thinking that the Democrats have all the answers. How many rational thinking people today actually "believe" more than, maybe, 10 percent of what they hear or read in the media especially when it comes to the obvious political bias on display every day? What’s scary is the fact that there is still a substantial number of people who still happily swallow hook line and sinker all of the drivel and swill pumped out daily by the media in this country today. The only thing that keeps liberalism afloat today is our mainstream media, without it liberalism would surely wither and die.

Question of the day: Will Barry be impeached before he’s even inaugurated?

Maybe, just maybe if they hadn’t been gouging me over the years I’d be a bit more sympathetic, but right now I’m of the mind to just say, screw ‘em. I’m tired of being considered as nothing more than a piggybank continuing to have more of my hard earned money going to those individuals who make considerably more than I do. You can bet I’ve contacted my Congressman and Senators and made it very clear that I am adamantly opposed to any bailout scheme that would provide any of these companies any of my tax dollars. Not one red cent, not only no, but HELL NO. And if they do vote to do it, come their next election my vote will definitely be going elsewhere, it’s just that simple.

I mean here you have millionaire Senators, haggling with millionaire corporate CEO’s and millionaire fat cat union bosses, with little ol’ me in the middle trying my best to protect what little I’ve managed to hold on to. Excuse me, but let all these millionaires pool their resources and then they can bailout these "struggling" companies if they want to, but leave me and my tax dollars out of it. Better them than me! I’m out here busting my butt everyday for $15 an hour and just darn happy to have a job. It seems to me that maybe somebody could take just a bit of a pay cut, but nnnnnnooooooooooo, we can’t have that, so says the unions. The unbelievable arrogance of these people who seem to honestly think that they are deserving of, or worse, entitled to, my hard-earned money is absolutely incredible. Especially when you look at just a couple of numbers; $7 Billion being doled out annually to 800,000 retirees and 15,000 dealerships for American auto makers versus 4000 for Japanese auto makers, DUH! I’ve had it with all of them, let them all go under, and let nature’s law of survival of the fittest take over. Why provide billions of dollars to do nothing more than to maintain the status quo? JUST SAY NO!

Well, yet another terrorist attack has been forced onto the world, this time in India, resulting in yet another body count of roughly 150 innocents that can be added to the growing tally of these followers of a religion of "peace". This time perpetrated by 10 and possibly more crazed "Islamic" thugs who were on a mission, a mission to cause as much carnage as possible claiming to act in the name of their prophet, supposedly a prophet of "peace". The very plain fact of the matter is, however, that these fanatics represent nothing more than the dregs of human existence and are as far removed from a "religion of peace" as anyone could possibly be. Even now evidence continues to come to light that for some of the unfortunate victims of these thugs, who happened to be Jewish, that their fate of being murdered was simply not enough. These poor souls were forced to suffer through being tortured before their captures saw fit to simply execute them. These men, and I use the term very loosely, picked at random, for the most part, those who were to be slaughtered, sacrificed in the name of their Prophet. That these vile individuals who have the audacity to claim they are acting on behalf of their righteous cause are in reality nothing more that purveyors of hate in it’s deadliest form and are deserving of nothing more than a one way ticket straight to HELL. I’m quite sure that if those who form the bloody trail left behind by these zealots who profess to be acting in the name of their religion could speak, they would have a far different view. But, sadly, they cannot, for their voices been silenced forever. The World must come to terms with the fact that this type of attack can happen at anytime and in any place with little or no warning. Countries cannot wait until they are attacked to take precautions just as they cannot wait to be attacked and then to hope they can apprehend the culprits. The only viable solution is to take preemptive action to literally wipe the culprits off the face of the Earth before they can be allowed to have the opportunity to kill even more innocents. Those that plan and execute such despicable acts of violence must not simply be brought to justice, they must be exterminated. There must be no place left for them to run, no place left for them to hide. The threat from groups sponsoring such murderous individuals must be taken seriously and there must be willingness displayed by the civilized world to take the fight to them and to kill as many as possible of those who wish to kill us. And if need be, the battle must be taken down and fought on their level with absolutely no concern given to how it is that we choose to end their lives, as long as their lives are ended. The only thing that will keep people safe is to be constantly vigilant. There is a lot to be said for being vigilant, ever on the look out, we simply can take nothing for granted in a world suddenly filled with so many uncertainties. It’s become a very dangerous world and one that requires a constant state of readiness not only by the governments of countries but by their citizens as well. Why, exactly, were all the police officers who were the first to encounter those on this murder spree, unarmed? And if these attacks in India have demonstrated anything at all, it is the fact that the World continues to face a mounting threat from a sick and twisted mentality that places very little value on the lives of those considered by these Islamic extremists as nothing more than infidels. Their plan is to intimidate by inflicting as much havoc as possible on an unsuspecting World. It also makes it very clear that there can be only one way of responding to the type of individuals who wish to continue to be responsible for so much death and destruction. There is only one action that can be deemed appropriate for such heinous behavior resulting in such outrageous disregard for human life, and that is for these murderers to be shown the same courtesy that they have shown those that they have so easily killed. The guilty parties need to be tracked down and eliminated, put on the fast track to their rendezvous with their 72 virgins.

Now I know that Barry "Almighty" is confident that the entire world thinks so highly of him and that through his mere presence he will be able to single handedly solve the problem of worldwide terrorism by simply talking to those responsible, but lets get real. Anyway, I doubt they would give him the opportunity to get his teleprompter in place first. Putting wishful thinking aside, these lunatics respect one thing and one thing only, brute force demonstrated through a willingness to use superior firepower. If we are to eliminate this threat, then we "must" be as ruthless as our adversary. If they sense any weakness on our part we’re done, the party will be officially over. The military must remain the primary weapon of choice in the war on terror to both eliminate the terrorists and to stymie their efforts to cause any additional loss of life as well as property.

Barry "Almighty" is going to need to come to grips with the fact that this war on terror is real and he can either listen to his supporters who think it’s nothing more than a bumper sticker or he can look at the facts, choosing either to confront them or act on them. We all should know by now that the traditional Democrat methods of confronting the enemies of this country, pacifism and appeasement, having never worked in the past won’t work in this situation either. Barry must stay true to the methods that have worked thus far or face the risk of another major attack resulting in a significant loss of life, property and quite possibly an economic calamity that, this time we would not be able to recover from. Those that wish to advance their cause through the use of terror must be shown the futility of their endeavor and in an overwhelming fashion. But the question remains, is Barry up to the challenge. You see, I for one am very comfortable in calling into question the patriotism of Barry, as well as all Democrats. After all, how can you possibly come to trust "Leaders" to do all that is necessary to protect the homeland when it is these very same individuals who continue to direct so much hatred toward their own country? A country they profess to be the chief cause of all that is wrong with the world. And how can you trust those who have done nothing but to do their best to undermine efforts of the current administration in the war on terror at every turn? The simple answer here is…you can’t!

There’s an old saying I’ve heard throughout my life, "Talk is cheap, it takes money to buy whiskey." And the sooner Barry sees the wisdom in that statement, the safer we’re all going to be. And trusting the United Nations is yet another dead end in the war on terror and will yield no better results than trusting the terrorists. The United Nations, that pillar of corruption and sleaze, that venerable institution which can’t even arrive at a general consensus on a definition of terrorism, is supposed to "the" organization that the United States can turn to for help.
